EMBRACING THE FEMININE, SOFTER ENERGIES.
The world needs more peace and quiet. The Quiet Practice is designed for the times we live in. Where too many of us are feeling pressured from the outside, The Quiet Practice is here to create more space, and more peace on the inside.
This education is about your own development into the role of yoga teacher. Who are you on your own, and who are you when meeting others, where they are.
You will learn everything about the yoga postures, breathing, meditation, breathwork and everything else a yoga teacher should know, and you will learn who you are on the yoga mat. Who are you in your own practice. Who are you when you are leading and guiding the entire room through practice.
You will explore yogic life principals and relation skills through our shared practices, and also through shared meals. And you will practice brining stillness out into the world through visits to art exhibitions. To spend time together with other human beings, and to bring beauty to world are basic human needs, and a part of The Quiet Practice Life Philosophy.

HOW WE WORK
The TQP Yin Yoga with its postures, the energy, meridians, philosophy, how to structure yoga classes, and everything else that goes into it for you to find security in your own practice, and in the role of the yoga teacher, you will learn here. You will learn through theoretical classes and by practicing both yoga yourself and taking on the role of the yoga teacher through actual teaching.
Meditation is an important part of the education. Here lies a great potential that many have the benefit of exploring. In each module we work with meditation in addition to the other topics. You learn different forms of meditation, both silent meditation and meditation where we work with mudra and various manifestations.
You learn the TQP Dynamic Yoga through Learning by doing. This means that here we have less focus on learning the postures theoretically, here you learn by practicing the postures and getting to know them through the body.
The philosophy you learn is inspired by Chinese Daoism and traditional Yoga Philosophy. You will learn useful concepts that will benefit you in your everyday life.
